PayChoice launched for Lagos City Polytechnic LAGOS, NIGERIA: MAY 3, 2012:
To further boost the cashless policy instituted by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and simplify modes of payments, Upperlink Limited has launched PayChoice for Lagos City Polytechnic to engineer fast and unambiguous electronic disbursement and collection of fees.
